Rotimi is a graduate of the Manchester & Birmingham Schools of Architecture with extensive professional experience in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
Having risen to the ranks of Senior Associate Partner in FMA Architects – one of Nigeria’s oldest and most prestigious architectural practices – Rotimi has built a strong reputation in the Nigerian Industry for design innovation and professional excellence.
A natural pragmatist, Rotimi believes that the role of the architect must continue to evolve – responding to society’s demands of the profession. He is a strong advocate for a coherent National Building Code.
He has a built portfolio of completed projects across a diverse range of building types. He has an overview of all aspects of the practice and regularly reviews all projects during design development and construction stages.
Rotimi’s career has been moulded by extensive experience in the United Kingdom, including working at: the award winning Brophy Associates in Birmingham, where he designed and oversaw the construction of several multi-million pound residential and community developments in and outside the city; Donn Design in Manchester – designing and overseeing the construction of numerous high-end residential developments; and MDG architects in Warwick, delivering numerous motor showrooms and service centres.
In his time in Nigeria, Rotimi’s experience involves: heading up the Stanbic IBTC bank branch roll-outs in Ibadan, Abakaliki and Yenogoa to name a few; designing and delivering MTN fuel dumps in Ibafo, Port Harcourt and Abuja, the MTN energy centres in Ojota and Apapa, and the disaster recovery centre in Ondo; along with designing and delivering various private luxury residential developments.
Outside the practice, Rotimi is a published author with a proclivity for anything darkly comedic. He is also the convener of Ideas For Lagos – a non-governmental think-tank tasked to explore and propagate the best socio-cultural, infrastructural, legal and business ideas for Lagos State and her residents. For his sins, he is an avid Aston Villa supporter.

Sid has over 15 years master planning and urban design experience. He has played a key role on a number of large-scale projects including Ocean Drive and Water Manor.
He has extensive experience designing schools, hospitals and public transportation buildings in a variety of cities in the United Kingdom. Sid is a Building Information Management (BIM) supervisor and has deliver over 2 dozen LEED certified buildings in the last decade. Sid is a graduate of the Birmingham School of Architecture and De Montfort University, Leicester.

Chukwudi is a graduate of the illustrious University of Lagos School of Architecture. He has significant experience of residential and commercial projects. He heads-up the firm’s urban renewal team having had extensive experience of regenerations projects in Lagos and Ogun State.
Chukwudi has over 10 years professional practice experience, and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Nigerian Institute of Architects.
He has been team leader on award-winning projects including: The Quarry Homes and Quintuplets.
Chukwudi enjoys travelling, mentoring students and is heavily involved in various charitable projects.

With a first class from the Birmingham school of Architecture, a distinction from Manchester’s school of Landscape and Urbanism, and over a decade at the Sterling Prize award winning Glenn Howells Architects, Andrew’s career is a story of distinction.
He has extensive experience in high end residential and commercial developments, urban regeneration projects.

Toye is a graduate of Engineering from the University of Lagos and Architecture from Caleb University, Lagos.
He is passionate about realizing designs and concepts – ensuring the ethos of all our designs are translated on ground exactly as they are conceived on paper.
A keen detailer with a penchant for getting his hands dirty, Toye is fundamental to the Quality Control processes of LDC.

Ojehomon “OJ” heads up a studio of technicians who advise on projects from conception to completion.
OJ’s team supports our project studios on technical matters from detailing to buildability.
His work forms part of our emphasis on quality assurance as well as ensuring best technical practice. OJ’s know-how comes from over a decade of experience in the industry.
